Jerry Mansfield, Enrolled Agent (certified by IRS to represent clients and qualified for all tax issues)
Jerry comes from a Public Accounting background where he worked as an accountant and tax preparer for 5 years and a retail tax office manager before working in public accounting. His concentration is in personal and small business under 10M, including real estate management, retail , internet, software and consulting, transportation industry, estate tax and not-for-profit auditing. Jerry received his Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College in Andover, MA and is experienced representing clients in tax issues involving the IRS and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue.
Jerry has a record of saving clients thousands of dollars representing them before the IRS on tax and audit issues. Of course, preparing tax returns properly to avoid Internal Revenue Service scrutiny is always the first priority.
Jerry is also Certified Acceptance Agent.
Toni Ann Mansfield, Certified Public Accountant
Toni has over twenty years experience in Public Accounting as Business Manager and tax strategy professional with concentration in service businesses, professional corporations and not-for-profit organizations. She has extensive experience consulting with individuals and small businesses. Her experience includes consulting for professional practices, high income individuals and as financial consultant to regional startup businesses. Her strength is in business consulting and tax planning.
Ms. Mansfield is a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPA's and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
